Photographer's Note
This little guy (about 1/2" in size) was backed into a crevice - trying to keep whatever it is he is holding onto, don't know what the other bugs are, they look like some kind of little bees, and there was about 6 more of them off to the right, wish I would have included them in the pic, it would have added to and enhanced the overall photo for the viewers so you could understand the predicament of the spider. Even with the camera lens right in his face he didn't budge. What do you think? Of course in the camera lcd you cannot see an insects expression - haha.

Very interesting shot, but: 1. it seems not sharp enough 2. the image would have been easier to look at if it was rotated to the right.

Great action bug shot :)
Pity that the focus is a little off, but that is very hard with macropictures, they have such a tiny DOF and you can't tell where it is at on the lcd display due to lack of resolution. But still a great shot. Do you know what kind of spider that is, it looks like a tarantula, What size was it?
