Photographer's Note

This is a reconstructed log house located in the park where my grandsons and I like spending time. I couldn't find much on the history. All I could discover is that it was built in the mid 1700's and reconstructed here later on. It is the oldest standing structure in Richland County. It's a rather large size for a log house, so whoever built it must have been fairly wealthy.
