Photographer's Note
Most haunted building in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. This is the POV that is never photographed. The rear of the building is in dirt car park, surrounded by a crime ridden housing development (HUD). It was pitch black. The lights in the windows are from the red lights used to light the rooms at night.

Hi Roger,
You captured its essence well here, this is an incredibly creepy looking place! The red windows give the facade of a particularly evil face glaring down at us and it looks very threatening. The light you captured behind sets a perfect mood against which to present this brilliant subject. I've a big soft spot for haunted places and this is a classic example. Really nicely done.
Cheers

hello roger. i cannot compare the spookiness of this one with other buildings in charleston, but i belive you and your photo. the colors are strange and unearthy, it looks like there is red hell inside. must be a long exposure shot done with tripod, so i wonder where all these grains come from.
