Photographer's Note

We are still in the Italian Campaign Gallery of the Road to Berlin: European Theater Galleries section of The National WWII Museum. In fact, we are just around the corner from yesterday’s M2 4.2-inch mortar. By sheer luck I happened to include in this photo the important portion of the information panel that identified what the mystery weapon is.

Through the arch we can see the exhibits, Liberation of Rome on the right and Fight for the Gothic Line on the left.

PS. As per Malgo’s suggestion, I cloned out the man on the left and uploaded the result to the workshop.


Roma’nın Kurtuluşuna Doğru

Hâlâ Ulusal II. Dünya Savaşı Müzesi'nin Berlin Yolu: Avrupa Savaşalanı Galerileri bölümünde yer alan Italyan Seferi Galerisi'ndeyiz. Aslında, dünkü M2 4.2 inçlik havandan hemen sonraki köşedeyiz. Şans eseri bu fotoğrafta, gizemli silahın ne olduğunu belirten bilgi panelinin önemli bölümünü dahil etmişim.

Kemerden sonra sağda Roma’nın Kurtuluşu, solda Gotik Hat için Savaş sergilerini görebiliriz.
