Downtown Tampa at night. These are office buildings by the way. The photo is taken from the University of Tampa. I stood on a wooden platform in the river, set my tripod and took some photos from there.

Great picture. You really captured the feel of Tampa at night. The reflection in the water makes for a very unique photo. I live in the Tampa Bay area and never realized how beautiful the city is at night.
