A view of the Cherry trees at full bloom during the cherry blossom festival at the Washington DC Tidal Basin. The 2005 festival marks the 93rd celebration of the original gift of the 3,000 cherry trees from the city of Tokyo to the people of Washington, DC in 1912. The cherry trees bloom for about 2 weeks during April every year.

strong composition...colors are rather coole but it makes the photo nicer i find...also, the reflexion of the light on the water makes the photo a bit warmer, to contrast with the cool colors of the trees and the sky...

Great Panorama Santosh. I think the photo fail to impress for the reason there is high sunlight. had this been taken in an evening or an early morning when the colors on the flowers are quite enhanced.
