Vermont Foliage #10, a photo from Vermont, Northeast

Photographer's Note

Some leaves mainly maple in foliage colors on the ground.
I pulled the car over to take some landscape pictures and noticed the ground covered with these leaves when I opened the car door. I liked the colors and the way they covered the ground, so I grabbed my camera and snapped a few shots while bent over from the driver's seat. I made sure that I didn't step on them until I got some good shots.

I could not help but notice the prominent Maple Leafs!
Nice choise in subject- it conveys the season quite well.
Could be a touch sharper- but other then that- a nice shot.

Hi Harjit, good colors from those leaves. Nice to have some water droplets too on them. The only minor issue is there are too many of them and the photo looks a bit busy.

Hello Harjit! Thanks for sharing this "details" shot of fall in Vermont. Not all great photos have to be sweeping views, sometimes extracting the details from the landscape is very effective in communicating the essence of a place.

colors, beautiful colors are waht make fall a season all love..these leaves will attest! simple compo yet a humungous appeal. the lighting is well managed.
