Motion, lens flare, reflection,high exposure, contrast,shrapness, lomo kind of effect. beautiful mixture of qualities combined to tell a story.. well done.

there is something in it, dude!...
but i think that such a sort-of-an-experiment photo would benefit from being a part of a series rather than staying as a standalone image... technically - i think that a slightly faster speed would be good here - your foreground model looks like kind-of-handicapped person (which would be all right if it were the reality but i'm convinced that his "problem" is just a side effect of the slow speed)... just slightly faster... a bit...
anyway - good direction, interesting play with the words and image...

It has a "fifties-look" ! maybe because of the colours or the architecture of the building ... great catch, the movement blur is perfect here. One i like very much !
