Ciao Giorgio
a timeless piece of evidence from this iconic New York landmark. Nice symmetry and black and white works really well for this subject. It seems that at the time there was lot less traffic on the bridge.
have a good evening

What a great photo! It almost looks like a woodcut, with the sharpness of the lines. Is it looking west, with that the Manhattan skyline? Clearly in the 19th century, or perhaps early 20th, since there are no cars. In any case, this is a wonderful print.

A classic view of the Brooklyn Bridge here, Giorgio, and a well taken one. The contrast you've brought out here is awesome; I can't remember seeing the bricks of the towers so well defined before. There's a great symmetry here, but not perfect symmetry as you've aligned the lens with the left-middle cable, which adds some tension; the differing heights and closeness of the lanterns enhances that. Perhaps a bit noisy in the sky, but that adds to the classic feel here. Really nice capture.
