you know, I have a wood engraving of an american artist very famous for his New England marine paintings
He's named Gordon Hope Grant, maybe you know him
Exactly the same kind of painting that the present post
Boats, foggy atmosphere ...

Good POV and idea, i feel a special atmospher...fog and ships on horizont.
Shadow under photo well compose with picture.

Hello Jorge. A photograph in the style of classic black and white photography. Perfectly composed. The ship in the foreground give the photo depth. The crucial point, however, the position lights of the ships in the background. This gives the photo expression and atmosphere. Compliment. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hello Jorge

First of all, thanks for paying attention to my photos. As you will know, this is not the firs time I`m into your wonderful gallery. In my opinion this picture is a very good capture which goes well with the lines of the well known song: sitting in the dock of the bay. Very well chosen B&W, and a great atmosphere. I like the fog in the BG hiding the modern ships, while the old ships are placed in the FG. Very good light mangagement. It`s also great with the guy working with the ropes which brings live into the picture. Thanks a lot for sharing. Very well done!
