Though it would have been nice if you had gotten closer, I really like this picture.
Good Composition & clarity. I like how you can see the rust spots towards the end of the ship.

Its always a sad view, when the ship ends his journey in the way like this... But it brings us interesting theme to catch. Nice colors and good composition. I think it would be more saturated if you used a polariser... but... well done!

It would be a stronger image if you were closer and captured the waves crashing into and around the ship.
