Photographer's Note

This picture of Portland Head Light House marks the end of our one week trip to New England Area at the end of day. We rented a car and drove through Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. We have been charmed by the Vermont small towns and villages and the wonderful nature and fall colors of the New Hampshire, and the peaks of Mt Washington. We have been awed by the beauty and majesty of the Acadia National Park and the coastline of Maine. It is a little sad to finally end the trip. This was our last stop and we almost missed it. We wanted to get here before sunset, but on the way, we had to cross a bridge over the bay, but we were block for about 15 minutes. The bridge was raised to allow a large cargo freight to go through under the bridge. See picture in the CI. But we were lucky enough to get in and have a few shots before the ranger come and tell us to leave that the park was close at sunset. We drove from here back to Boston and flew back to LA the next morning and back to work the same day.
