Photographer's Note

I had the opportunity to see Bob Marley and the Wailers at Hoch Auditorium on the campus of the University of Kansas. This was about 17 months prior to his death. I had a seat on the front row -- all the way at one end, which provided a decent angle for photography. I shot a roll of Ektachrome and a roll of Tri-X, both with a less-than-great 200mm Soligor lens. Still, it turned out to be a great evening.

The grain here probably came from the slide film, push-processed to 800 ASA.
