Photographer's Note
Big John, aka The John Hancock tower, dominates the skyline of Chicago on the near North side along Lake Michigan. Taken from North Avenue beach with a 24 second exposure about 2 hours after sunset.

love the long reflection of light from the tower .. the buildings are really sharp .. how long of exposure was this ..???
.. this might be an image that would be helped if it was up closer to the 200k limit .. and I wish the foreground rocks were sharper .. but can't have everything I suppose ..
wonderful skyline ..
take care,
John

Hi Colin,
Excellent panoramic of Chicago, I like the intensity of the lights and the reflections in the water, good perspective of the city, I have created a WS modifying this image, I hope that likes.
Good shot, thanks to share.
