Vanda spp., Lincoln Park Conservatory, Chicago, IL
The orchidarium at Chicago's Lincoln Park Conservatory is a photographer's heaven. In any given time, there many beautiful orchids in bloom to photograph - Phalaenopsis, Cymbidiums, Vandas, Lady Slippers, Cattleyas and many other varieties arranged in a beautiful tropical garden. I arrived just after they have sprayed the plants - the orchids were just so exquisite.
This orange Vanda is just like candy - so delicious - to look at.
