Photographer's Note

I still have photos from Europe to sort through, and I have yet to really even start sorting through my photos from Chicago!

I feel so far behind. So I thought i'd pick out just one or two Chicago shots for now just to mix things up a bit.

We loved loved loved Chicago!
I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Even though Chicago is a concrete jungle of high rises similar to New York City, it has such a quite feel about it. There are several parks in the city, open spaces, places where you can easily sit down on the grass and have lunch in the sunshine, the city layout is so easy to navigate, getting to point A to point B is just a few minutes of walking, the architecture is fantastic, what more could I say!?

This photo here is an example of that. Right in the heart of the city is a huge water park. We went here every day just because its so fun to photograph the children at play.

We thought it would be fun to visit at blue hour as well, and we're glad we did!

Here I captured the children chasing each other as they walked around the tall water fountain. Water is spraying down upon them. It must have been very refreshing as it was really hot and muggy, even in the evening hours.

Hope you like this strange but fun Blue Hour shot taken at the water park!

thanks for looking
