Photographer's Note

Captured the same morning as pervious post but this time an hour has passed and the sun gives dominance. Castlerigg is certainly one of the finest stone circles I have ever visited. I absolutely love these megalithic sites. It’s not near any main roads and walking up to the circle you suddenly realise you are surrounded by hills and mountains. At sunrise there was a little mist in the distance which helped control the exposure of the sun and disperse the orange glow in the sky.
