El Parque Ornitológico de los Pinos está situado dentro del casco urbano de la ciudad de Plasencia (Cáceres), con una superficie de unos 54.000 m2 y un perímetro irregular de 1.075 m2.

Su diseño respeta la pendiente natural del terreno, que, junto con las afloraciones graníticas distribuidas por todo el recinto, su flora y fauna, hacen de él un parque con un gran interés botánico, faunístico y geológico, además de contener un componente antrópico importante. (Atrópico:Elemento hecho por (o relacionado con) el hombre.
Principio antrópico: usado en ciencia para explicar por qué el mundo es como es, en función de que el ser humano está presente en este mundo.)

Los animales albinos, por lo general, no sobreviven mucho tiempo en su medio natural debido a su debilidad ante los rayos solares y a que su falta de color los delata ante sus presas y depredadores. La vida en cautividad es, por tanto, su única salida.

The Ornithological Park of the Pines is placed inside the city center of the city of Plasencia (Cáceres), with a surface of approximately 54.000 m2 and an irregular perimeter of 1.075 m2.

His design respects the natural slope of the area, that, together with the granitic launderings distributed by the whole enclosure, his flora and fauna, do of him a park with a big botanical interest, faunístico and geologicly, in addition to containing a component antrópico important.(Atropa: Item made by (or related) men.
Anthropic principle: science used to explain why the world is as it is, according to which humans are present in this world.)

Albino animals, usually do not survive long in the wild because of their vulnerability to sunlight and lack of color that reveals to the predators and their prey. Life in captivity is therefore the only solution.

Mira que me parecen cursis los pavos reales, pero tratándose de este caso y de la excelente fotografía que le has tomado, le daremos dos puntitos al pavo.

Me gusta que hayas llenado todo el espacio con las plumas desplegadas aún habiendo recortado el abanico que forma.

il est toujours plaisant de prendre ce genre d'images le paon (peacock) blanc est plustot rare et d une grande beauté j'ai eu l 'année dernière l'occasion de faire une image très semblable au parc paradisio ou je suis d'ailleur retourner faire qlq clichés ce dernier WE Amitiés Henri

Que imagen mas encantadora, lo mejor sin duda creo que es haber cerrado la imagen para que solo se aprecie el pavo real, me recuerda en cierta manera a una imagen del carnaval de Tenerife por ejemplo con esos vestidos que van.

it is a real pleasure everytime that I return to your gallery. Slowly but surely you are putting together a respectable body of good images. You have quite an artistic eye and translates that into good composition. The off center placement of the peacock and the tight frame around its feather costum is just great. The additional work of the balck frame enhances the entire presentation incredible well.
