Photographer's Note

This was taken at the penthouse level of one of the Makati condominium. It was almost sunset when I took this photo. The rush hour was starting and vehicles were starting to jam the street intersection of Makati Avenue and Paseo de Rojas. The heavily landscaped area is the Ayala Triangle and behind it is the Makati Stock Exchange Building. On the foreground on the right is the roof of Mandarin Hotel building and on the left, partly shown is the corner of the Atrium building.

I took several shots in this location on different time of the day and this came out the best when there is no more direct light of the sun on the area, just the glow of the setting sun from beyond.

Makati, is one of the cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila. It is the major financial, commercial and economic hub in the Philippines, often referred to as the financial capital of the Philippines since many global companies have their offices and headquarters in the city. Makati is also home to the influential Makati Business Club and the Philippine Stock Exchange.
