Gulas, pirinac i salata ...

Gulas je primljen od svinjkskog, juneceg i mesa od divlje svinje.
Kao prilog skuvan je pirinac i napravljena salata.
Gulas sam kuvao na moj nacin, prvo sam kuvao meso od divlje svinje sa crvenom sargarepom i crnim lukom, posle sat vremena dodoa sam svinjsko i junece meso, kasnije sad dodao pecurke - sampinjone i na kraju zacine, stanom se sirio lep miris jela.
Sve je spremno, rucak moze da pocne.

Gulas, rice and salad ...

Gulash is prepared from pork, beef and wild boar meat.
As an ingredient, rice was prepared and salad was made.
I cooked gulas in my way, I first cooked wild boar meat with red carrot and black onion, after an hour I added pork and beef meat, later added mushrooms - champignons and at the end of the spice, the apartment spreads a nice scent of jela.
Everything is ready, lunch can start.
