Photographer's Note
I have had this one stored away in the bottom drawer since last year....just wasn't sure. To me there are a few technical shortcomings. But also, it is a little comical perhaps in its serious sort of demeanour. Anyway, I hope some find it interesting. From the streets of the very picturesque Bhaktapur.

Hello my dear Steve
So tasteful triple portrait shot.
Each expression is different slightly, that is funny.
Perfect stable framework and well organized composition as usual. Congratulation on your great job, thanks for sharing and have a good weekend!
Best regards, Takero

Hi Steve
Yes Bhaktapur, has alot to offer and the opportunity for photography is limitless really. Nice low pov and tight framing, they are so responsive and quite relax to your lens. Beautiful color, contrast and lots of detail and sharpness. Congrats, TFS

Hi Steve
Good framing of the three elderly Nepali women. Fine details of their faces and pastel color hues. Well done
Thanks for your critique of my vegetable shot. That F8 worked has three reason
1. 400 ISO
2. Leica lens
3. I was about 1 m away from them
There is a DOF problem with digital lenses, in particular wide angle lenses. Due to the set up of the sensor and the construction of these lenses, such photographs as mine you cannot go as near as you could with analog lenses. When it comes to infinite then F14 is the optimum, not F22, what I use for portrait photography.
Best regards
Urs

The expressions of the ladies faces overcame any technical flaws perceived. Great portrait of this ladies with some hidden meaning to that smile. Well done, tfs.
