Photographer's Note
The most important fortified villa of Spoleto, surrounded by walls and retains its two doors. Stands the belfry of the parish church of San Michele, the mighty tower polygon is used, with unusual architectural solution, and at the same time as the apse of the Romanesque church tower, and inside it has valuable frescoes, well worth a visit.

Ciao Silvio,
J'aime beaucoup ce point de vue très bas qui utilise à merveilles les coquelicots à l'avant plan en ouverture de la photo. L'église est bien jolie dans son écrin de verdure.
Amicalement

Hi Silvio,
The distance between the flowers and the tower is giving depth to the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the bell tower of the San Michele church. The good luminosity is enhancing the beauty of the colors. Have a nice day.

Buona sera Silvio,
Magnificent spring sight under bright sky, from the green grass with red flowers towards the impressive campanile.
Looks as a fortified tower, maybe in the old era it was necessary to built it like this.
Arrivederci,
Ike

Magnificent photo, Silvio. The red poppies in the foreground serve to introduce the ancient, octagonal bell tower. I want very much to visit Spoleto and see some of the sites you have treated us to over the years.
Warm regards,

Ciao caro Silvio,
Another delightful shot which uses the vivid poppies to command and enliven the f/g. It makes a strong contrast, both colour wise and mood wise, with the strong and rigid bell tower.
The dof is perfect, whilst the colours are very nicely saturated.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Howdy Silvio,
Attractive view of the gothic San Michele church with its dominate octagon rock tower. Would certainly enjoy visiting, and the interior frescoes. Plus strolling Spoleto would be a bonus.
Good job,
Cheers,
Ray

Ciao Silvio
in effetti la torre e la sua posizione sono molto originali.
Ottima scelta del pov e della composizione, mettendo insieme gli elementi architettonici particolari e i punti rossi dei papaveri.
Saluti

Ciao Silvio,
The fg red poppies add both repetition and a warm cold color contrast with the blue sky. Good sharpness and the belltower makes an obvious focal point. Tfs!
