Photographer's Note

Four large, similarly decorated windows, of which this is one, look out onto Calle 63, and across to Independence Square. The Montejos are believed to have lived here for generations before selling it to Banamex in 1980. The company completely renovated the interior and occupies the entire structure, including a second storey. The public is permitted to view the site museum during business hours.
