Photographer's Note

This is the first of the structures encountered on sacbé 1 that form a part of the Group of the Dolls, to the east of a visitor's experience at Dzibilchaltun. The left side meets the morning sun every day and its four sides each own its own set of stairs. The monolith that once owned a stucco design/inscription can no more be seen, yet the platform stands out, in alignment with the dwellings and temple 125 metres further on.
