Raudales Malpaso - Presa Netzahualcóyotl.
Chiapas, México.

I took this picture from the bridge Chiapas, a point something dangerous for the difficulty in the traffic of vehicles, I remember to feel me like a shake for the the speed of the trailers that to go at great speed going by this bridge.

"This monumental reservoir was formed by the flood of a wide area irrigated by the waters of the river Grijalva, to form one of the biggest hydroelectric complexes in the country *. In the place a tourist mirador exists, from where it is possible to admire the group.

139 km to the northwest of the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, by lorry state heading for Chicoasén and Tecpatán."

* 1968: Construction of the hydroelectric Netzahualcóyotl that floods almost half of their territory causing the construction of the highway via Tabasco, the foundation of Raudales Malpaso (Streams Malpaso) and the change of a culture for the use of the fishing.

Characteristic: One of the last relictos of tropical vegetation represents in our country. Humid warm climate with abundant rains in summer, warm sub-humid and semi-warm sub-humid with rains in summer. Annual half temperature 22-28 C. Precipitation total annual 1500-3500 mm; very marked humid station of May to September
