Some metres along Calle 59 to the southeast, a second sculpture by Jorge Marín, b 1963, Hombre Universal from 2002 CE, gives the visitor pause for thought - outside a restaurant (food for thought?). He portrays man as the heart, the centre of all matter, of the forces that drive the universe of which we are a part, keeping everything in balance, possibly, sometimes.

Hi Ken. An optimistic interpretation of man's follies and ego. I like the chap on the right, a more earthy manifestation. Great light, colours and DOF.Regards. Klaudio.
