Photographer's Note

This former hacienda, established in 1777, had different owners throughout its history before being acquired by the Government of the state of Puebla, in 1984, to convert it into a tourist center. Its main attractions are a lake and an English style building.

This is a very attractive building, situated in a very attractive location! It's proximity to the lake is a great asset and, of course, for the purpose of photography, the lake has the benefit of creating mirror-like reflections.
You have composed the photograph strongly, placing the focal point off-centre.

Those tiny figures give us an insight into the size of this impressive building.

Hello Pedro,
Seeing the thumbnail I thought this was an unusual building for Mexico. The red of the bricks makes it stand out strongly on this picture with a big blue sky that's well reflected in the water.
Good that you've placed the hacienda a bit off-center.

indeed it would be quite challenging to put this photo on the map because the style of the building resembles much more England than Mexico, which you have already explained in your note.
Great capture with the reflection adding a fantastic touch to the composition.
