Hi Emilius
A strong contrast and challenging image, shooting into the intense light in limited colors but the impact is tremendous. The pin sharp almost silhouetted seagulls add perspective and perfectly placed well spread across, while the sheen of lights and ripply water add the stunning sensation. A very creative shot and good vision with excellent results, Congrats. TFS.

I think you scared all those ducks away, same thing happens to me every time I go to the bird sanctuary. Nicely captured even though shooting against the sun can be difficult. Well done, tfs.

I know there are birds and lakes all over the world, but there is something Canadian about your scene :)

we see so many Canadian geese, and ducks in our lakes and ponds, its such a common scene here in our great land.
I like how the light is striking and shimmering on the water.

Bonsoir Emilius,

Tu as bien capturé l'envol des oiseaux. Les reflets des lumière sur l'eau sont des atouts à la composition. La bonne luminosité fait ressortir la couleur bleu du fleuve. Bonne soirée.

Beautiful shot of hte geese taking flight from the water. I love hte pattern they created in the waer with reflecting light. A lovely panoramic shot with simple blue water. Very natural and refreshing to see.
