The Ice Cavern. Halfway through a 70 mile ski traverse of the Canadian Rockies in winter, we stumbled upon this huge cavern under the Mons Icefield. The light is from a hole in the roof of the glacier. The foreground light is from a fill flash.

Hi Michael,

This is a view of something I will probably never see with my own eyes but from captures like this one I can clearly image the overwhelmed feeling of magnificence. This is trully a masterpiece. Thank you for sharing.

Amazing view Michael! Small human creature in contrast with powerful Nature.. Nature wins.. no wonder.. it has so much unusual charm and creativity, it's hardy to copy..
