Photographer's Note
I always have found eating to be an interesting thing to see; every city and place has their own sort of style.
Vancouver is very asia-oriented, with sushi restaurants, chinese restaurants, and about a billion Pho shops. Pho is essentially a big bowl of noodles in broth, with meat (and sometimes not).
When thinking about it, I found Vancouver odd in that with so many cultures in this city everybody eats everything. There's no rich food or poor food, I don't see anything being viewed as the 'in' thing and therefore better or cooler. You go to any type of restaurant, and you see people with lots of money and nice suits sitting down with people that scrape by on minimum wage, all together and happily eating.
It's like this everywhere here, regardless of ethnicity or style of restaurant. The multicultural way of life is embraced here and I wouldn't have it any other way.
