Photographer's Note

In yesterday's comment to Daniel's (dkmurphy) upload of a charming street in Malta, Craig (mcjake) said not to expect something like that in Vancouver.
With this picture I d'like to prove him wrong. This row of victorian houses, built between 1893 and 1895, can be found not far from the public library at Hamilton Street in downtown Vancouver. They form a pleasant contrast to the surrounding blue glass and steel sky scraper that make up most of the unique modern Vancouver style.
