Photographer's Note
There are Cottonwood trees in MacDonald Park which is located off the freeway at #3 RD. By shooting into the sun i caught the tree shadows and a rich color in the grass. Notice the river on the right & the picnic table on the left.
Enjoy

Hi Paul. This is one of those shots where you see the thumbnail and you think OK then you click on this bad boy and you see what it's all about!! Awesome work here Paul, I really mean it. This is a study in good light and shadows. Very cool shot Paul.

Very impressive relationship between lights and shadows. The colour of the grass, fresh and vivid, is also strong aspect of this image.

It's very sharp and the colours are terrific. I've seen an image something like this in black and white and captured by one of the great photographers of the 19th century. Good photo Mr. Weasel !

Hi Paul, A nice facing the sun shot. I like the different layers of green colors show in this picture between the dark green and light green lawn. A beautiful composition to have the river and the cross rive band showing beautifully in the picture. A well taken picture with beautiful shade.

Another great shot Paul;
The rich green carpet amidst the silhouetted tree trunks works really well.
I am impressed at your results shooting into the sun. The horizon at the top of the frame I thought would end up being overexposed- but it turned out really well!
Nice work,
- Dan
