Photographer's Note

I find it always interesting to note how dramatically the sky will change in a matter of minutes as the sun sets behind the horizon. This capture was taken only five minutes later than this one. The deep orange pinks have turned into soft purple, a wonderful moment at the close of the day.
When you take the time to enjoy the closing moments it does something for you. I have found that by appreciating the wonders of the outdoor world, and by taking the time that is required to see and record moments like this, nature in response has imparted to me a renewed vigor for my existence. If there is a reason for living, I am sure it has something to do with discovering the wonders of, and unlocking the mysteries of this natural world. Or perhaps I have spent too much time working in a warehouse and I need to get out more!
