Photographer's Note
A partner to 'Willow Sunset' but not taken on the same night. I've noticed a pattern amongst my sunset photos, most (if not all) have silhouettes of some sort in them. This particular shot was taken with the leaves of an oak tree.
Notice that some of the leaves have tiny holes in them. This is not normal, and does anyone know what type of disease or bug causes this type of damage?
Taken at Beaudry Provincial Park, just west of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Hi Myrna,
A great silhouette of the leaves of this oak tree. The colours of the sunset in the background are very dynamic. Nice shot.

Hello Myrna.
I'm not sure of the cause of those holes, but I do believe it is an insect.
Great use of silhouettes. I like the nice natural colors of the sky. Very nice use of the horizontal framing here with the angled slope if the clouds as a contrast.
Very well done,
Chris
