When Reflections Reflect Reflections

Downtown Calgary is a heaven for reflections fans and the many glass façades of the modern skyscrapers offer countless opportunities for fascinating picture. Here are just some of them, captured at 1st Street between 5th and 4th Avenue.

The building that I photographed is Fifth Avenue Place, or rather its East Tower, a 132-metre tall skyscraper, completed in 1981. The reflected building and the one I was standing in front of is the TransCanada Tower, 177 metres tall and completed in 2001.
