This squirrel almost looks like a meercat. A good capture of this unusual pose. I thought that squirrels made their home in the trees... perhaps this one has somehow evolved and now lives in a borough.

He's cool... really does look protective.. He's a little different from the squirrels we have here - more furry and no fancy tail. Are they all like that?

Hi Fred. This one came up on your intro page and brings back nice memories of the Canadian Rockies. Good placement of the critter in the frame, and you caught a nice pose as well as good detail in the furry coat. Well done.
