This is the Bow River the main river in southern Alberta, started by the Bow Glacier along the Icefields parkway, this river is very low right now allowing for great reflections in Banff Canada.

apart from the waves everything looks so calm and serene... and noone on the beach seem to care about them... cool catch vinicio... all the best...

Hi Simon, this is a great photograph of a stunning locale. I love the panoramic crop and the reflection on the mirror-like surface is beautiful. Just to my mind though, there is a slight reddish tone to the photo which doesn't gel with this place...its just a tad too warm for a cold-looking place...maybe its just me...overall though it is superb.
