Photographer's Note

Tadoussac,

Small harbour in the mouth of Saguenay, this small peaceful village, on the left bank of the Saint Lawrence, had for first tourists Jacques Cartier and Champlain. At dawn, the light deepens the dominant red and white colors of the city. Here the chapel of the Indians which was set up as 1747 by the Jesuit missionary Claude - Godefroy Cocquart. This bay is classified among one of the most beautiful bays of the world! Tadoussac is the point of departure for the observation of whales.
