Photographer's Note

I love those cold dry sunny days we have around mid-september. The warm humid days that have caused most of the foliage to be destroyed by mildew are now a thing of the past and the dark rainy days of fall are still a few weeks away from now. You get up one morning and it's like if all the pumpkins have suddenly emerged from the soil, waiting to be picked up and taken to the marketplace.
