Photographer's Note
I took this picture at the Montreal Botanical Gardens. At one far corner of the Gardens, there was a cabin which sold maple taffy on snow. Maple taffy is maple syrup but is much more thicker in consistency. The vendor scoops up the mixture in a ladle and gently pours a long strip of it on snow. The snow is packed in rectangular containers and they are placed on tables about waist level. After a minute or two, the mixture hardens even more on the snow. You use a stick about the size of two ice-cream sticks and roll it until it forms into a lollipop.
It's really sweet but good.
Check out the workshop for another view of the taffy.

Hi Harjit!
Although I've never actually tried this- I know it well from my mom's stories of growing up in Quebec and Ontario.
I think you captured it VERY well here with amazingly sharp detail, very well controlled levels (no overexposure), and rich vivid color.
All the best Harjit!

Hello Harjit,
I haven't looked at your gallery for a while, it's very busy on TE.
I looked to your WS, I find these wonderful, through the lovely details.
Here are the composition and the colours also very lovely and certainly attractive for looking.
Best regards,
John.
