This is a view from Lakefront Promenade. In the background lights of Port Credit and Oakville . The Lakefront Promenade Park is one of the largest waterfront developments in Ontario with more than 40 hectares (104 acres) of public parkland dedicated to outdoor recreation and the protection of wildlife habitat. The waters of lake Ontario are partially frozen.

impossible to tell the time of the day when you took the photo.
