Morning stillness, a photo from Ontario, Central

Photographer's Note

This is a scanned photo. While visiting our son in a nearby summer camp we stayed at a very pretty little resort on this lake. I'm an early riser and took this picture on a walkabout in the morning.

"Lake Bernard is a lake in the Parry Sound District, Ontario, Canada, between Toronto and North Bay. It measures roughly 2.5 km across and 7 km long. Sundridge, Ontario, is a tourism town which lies on the northern shore of this clean freshwater lake.

It is claimed that Lake Bernard is the holder of an interesting geographical record: it is the largest freshwater lake in the world without an island."

Cok fonksiyonlu kaydirak seklinde sezlong sanirim... Hem de bir sal uzerinde. Carsaf gibi suyun uzerine atla ve sessizlik dagilsin diyor sanki

too centered. I would do a crop -- 3/4 horizontally left from top right corner, 3/4 vertical down from previous point.

I l quite like the space around the platform. I believe it adds to the feeling of stilness. Beautiful reflection captured.

Hi Daria,
A wonderfully surreal picture. I don't know if it's the effect produced by the predominant blue that seems to permeate the picture and that colour is in stark contrast to the dark wood of the dock, but this looks more like a Magritte-like painting then a picture. Well captured!
