Nope! Got you to look though! It's a suspension bridge cable.

Picture yourself strolling across a swing bridge with the thundering sound to the West Credit rushing over the dam below you. Don't forget your camera because Belfountain Conservation Area is a breathtaking place to visit. Belfountain is situated on the Niagara Escarpment in the valley of the west branch of the Credit River. Belfountain's trails are challenging and require agility and sturdy footwear (aka Trekwear!).

Unfortunately the bridge was closed for the season, so the only shots I could get were of the cables! Only adjustments made were lightening and increased contrast slightly.

Can anyone figure out what else I did?

Attractive macro shot, good choice of B/W. Would only suggest a tighter crop, and after looking at Steeve's workshop that is exactly what I had in mind.
Like your question of interactive nature as well :-)

Belle photo macro. J'aime bien le fait que cette photo soit en noir et blanc. Le constraste est très bien et permet de voir beaucoup de détail. sujet très simple mais qui donne une agréable photo.

i was looking your pics and i saw this one
verry interesting and graphic
i like the diagonal from the cable is positive
but maybe it should be interresting to crop a little
on the right
and a bit more contrast
