Photographer's Note
Children love the snow, and I do too. It's more than just a way to pretty up the cold weather, it's a great diversion and a way to keep busy when it seems too cold to do anything. Because you have to keep VERY busy to stay warm out in it!
The Toronto area had quite a bit of snow last week, and then the rains came and washed most of it away. Today it is snowing again: big, fluffy flakes that seem a symbol of things to come for quite a while. Here's hoping we all learn from the children, and the children at heart (Sarju), who know how to play in the snow, enjoying whatever life throws at us.

Bonsoir Michelle
Je vois le coté face des jeux d'hiver et cela est très dynamique et montre la joie de vivre des enfants, je comprend mieux ton message pour ma photo qui est plus statique
Amitiés Joseph

Hi Michelle, nice to see picture from you again, I remember you saying that you would come to Canada, but from what I've read in your previous post, you are here fore a long time. I thought it was only for holidays ! So welcome, like you said the snow is one thing that we can live with, but the cold.... even if i'm used to it, I prefer from far summer !
Glad to hear from you and will be happy to discover your new type of pictures "all white". Nice picture, it sure like your kids are having fun, well composed.
Happy Holiday.

If it's true that only one out of ten Christmas in Scania are white, Michelle, then this is the tenth. And what a difference it makes. In the light - when we need it the most - and in the spirit, especially among those of us that still are young at heart. And your image shows this spirit, that comes so natural to the young ones. I like their similar attitudes and you've got a very nice capture of the snow. Very well done!

Hello Michelle. This image really brings back memories of my own childhood growing up in Canada where this white stuff is so plentiful. I imagine its quite the shock coming from the balmy beaches of Florida to this shocking weather. :) I like how you have captured the fine details in all of the smaller particles being thrown up into the air and the triangular formation of the three children in the composition. Well done!

Not perfect, but it captures the moment very well. Reminds me of our kids in their pyjamas and barefeet amazed by the first snowfall on our front porch in Montreal.

Great capture of the moment - technically well done too with what looks like a tungstein light giving the flying snow a warm glow.

Hi Michelle
Great capture of the children having fun in the snow.
I just realized that you have moved to Canada. Welcome to Canada! I hope you and your family keep the spirit of fun during more Canadian winters to come. Winter can be quite inspiring even though sometimes we do yearn for warmer climate. For now enjoy the spring!
