It's very appealing at the first glance, but when you look some more, you see obvious flaw it's HEAVY blurred! Didn't you use a tripod? Making such photos withous any stable surface is in my opinion pointless...
I would also crop it a bit more, cut some more sky and water.
I like the exposure, it seems You've chosen the right shutter value, the light aren't overexposed.
