Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi has been opened since last year. This third largest mosque in the world attracts tourists by its Islamic decorations carved on white marble.

Hello Irina

I find this photo very special in a way that I feel is a combination of factors.
The structure in itself is quite interesting, I never really understood how they made these magnificent domes so from an architectual point of view I see them as very interesting.
Also the colours in this photo are interesting. In one way they look faded but in another way I find them to fit the scene as they give a sense of age to the structure.
Simply amazing.

Hi Irina,
Interesting and unusual POV for this mosque as you tend to see the 'whole' building rather than the beautiful architectural details.

Hello Irina,
Fantastic picture indeed. This white and black version is wisely chosen as the hard strong sun would have distroyed a colour photo.

Quelle magnifique perspective sur ces dômes de marbre blanc de cette grande Mosquée. La lumière est somptueuse et j'aime beaucoup les teintes douces, presque monochrome de ta compo. Superbe.
