I like the cold world I feel, the snowfall is amazing and the blurred human silhouette ads some life to the image

Welcome to TE.
You have given us an unusual photograph for summer but it is still an interesting example.
The tracks are important and well positioned, leading irresistibly to the focal tram.
I just love how the scene has been blurred by the heavy, falling snow, adding a sense of mystery, as we try to determine the half hidden features.

Welcome to TE with this excellent photo. You captured the intense snowfall very well. It's easy to imagine the trouble people are facing in this kind of weather. The red tram is barely visible behind the screen of falling snowflakes.
