Photographer's Note

A flock of seagulls flying free over Istanbul purt, where transportation of merchandises is delivered around the world...seagulls could fly anywhere, free and seeing every city corner from its unique point of view...

Title is a tribute to:

A Flock of Seagulls (also known as Flock of Seagulls) are a British Grammy Award-winning band originally formed by brothers Michael "Mike" Score (keyboards, vocals) and Alister "Ali" James Score (drums), with Frank Maudsley (bass) and Paul Reynolds (guitar).

The group had a string of international hit singles including "I Ran (So Far Away)", "Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)" and "The More You Live, the More You Love", and became notable in the 1980s for their MTV video for the song "I Ran (So Far Away)".

Foto carica di colori...mi piacciono così .
Mi consola tutto l'insieme porto e solleva container...Una mia foto mi era sembrata ..inadeguata .

bellissimo momento! perfetta collocazione dei gabbiani contro il paesaggio tipico dei porti e il blu intenso del cielo. i colori dei containers e delle strutture hanno la stessa grazia di quelli dei fiori, incredibile foto, bravissimo!

Impresionante momento que has captado a la perfeccion, es precioso el efecto del grupo de gaviotas que se muestran con toda nitidez a pesar de ir en vuelo.
Una composicion que resulta muy viva tanto por los pajaros, como por el colorido del puerto, un buen trabajo con una adecuada luminosidad y colorido.
Seria perfecto coincidir alguna vez por el Retiro y tomar una cervecita, a mi me encanta y voy bastante por alli.

Not so attractive in such, this merchandise harbor, but its colorful pieces, the nice threatening and dramatic sky, the gulls harmoniously covering the FG , all this makes the image very pleasant and striking

Hermosa fotografía de gaviotas blancas sobre el fondo de nubes oscuras. Agarra una rápida aves en vuelo no es fácil. Por el contrario, puerto aguda frente al mar iluminado por el sol.

Hi Manuel,
very attractive and original composition.
I like the motif of cranes in a harbour which I also used recently. Here they are nicely contrasted with the birds which introduce so much life to the shot.
Great light looks amazing cotrasted with the dark clouds.
