On the southern end of Martisa Bridge is a nice area with an amusement park and cafes. However, nothing was open that day. These people were picnicking by the Hacı Adil Bey Fountain.

This fountain was commissioned by one of the governors of Edirne, Hacı Adil Bey, in 1904.

Hello Murat,
Three nice photos but you made the right choice for main post. The fountain looks better than the tea garden, and this is the best angle, even though it doesn't show the bridge. The trees provide fine frames and we get the best view of the picnicking family.

Light coming through the green trees and the shadows animate the scene. Almost 120 years for this fountain, I can imagine the trees were not as big at time of its inauguration.
