Photographer's Note

Last weekend Mali (kagemusha) and I were in Cappadocia in order to visit Henk (oochappan) and Catherine (noborders), who were there to enjoy life...

We were hyperactive, visiting to and fro in the amazing environ of fairy chimneys. On Sunday morning, we planned to take the photos of Cappadocia's famous balloons, therefore getting up at 5 o'clock. We were at the take off area before daybreak, and the balloons were still lying on the ground, being inflated with burning gas. There was a strong artificial light to illuminate the rather dark place and nearly a hundred tourists waiting for the great activity to begin (you can see in the WS). Those are the shadows of the nearby adventurists falling on one of the lying balloons.

I hereby thank Catherine and Henk for their great company and hospitality in the most amazing of all the places in the world...
